Return & Refund

I. Return policy:

1. Return conditions:

– Products need to be returned within 30 days of receiving the product from us.

– Must have accompanying labels, packaging and purchase invoice.

– The product must be intact, unused and undamaged.

– Need to return both product and gift if any.

– You need to have pictures and videos recording the status of your order.

2. Shipping costs:

– In case the error is due to you or due to personal needs, you will have to bear all shipping costs when returning and this cost will not be refunded.

– In case there is a technical error or a store error, we will bear the shipping costs for you.

3. Return method:

– Returnable elements include color, size, style, and similar products.

– Please contact us via email or phone to inform us of your needs. Once we confirm your eligibility for a return, we will check stock status and notify you.

4. Cancel Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via email @bonesstyle.store within 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order.

II. Refund policy:

1. Refund time:

You have 30 days from date of receipt to return or refund the product. We will process returns and provide full refunds for defective products.

2. Conditions:

– The main product I delivered is not the same as the product you ordered.

– The product we delivered was damaged.

3. When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
