1. How to order?

You can easily order on our website by selecting the desired product, choosing the size and color, then clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Then, you just need to follow the instructions to complete the payment process.

2. Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via email @bonesstyle.store within 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order.

3. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?

– Products need to be returned within 30 days of receiving the product from us.

– Must have accompanying labels, packaging and purchase invoice.

– The product must be intact, unused and undamaged.

– Need to return both product and gift if any.

– You need to have pictures and videos recording the status of your order.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days, depending on destination. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday (except holidays).

5. How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

6. Do I have to pay for shipping?

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

7. What should I do if the package is lost?

Bonesstyle.store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In case your package is not received after delivery confirmation, please contact the local shipping service to request compensation. You must ensure that your address information is correct. If you provide the wrong address, we will not be responsible.
